What You Should Know About Sarathi

A Community for Young Adults to Learn, Grow, Connect & Think Critically

Nobody teaches us how to understand relationships, emotions, society, decision-making, values, media, or ourselves. Yet these are the very things that shape our lives.

Sarathi is a psychology-informed learning community for young adults where we explore life's important questions, develop practical life skills, engage in meaningful discussions, and grow together through learning and shared experiences.

For individuals aged 18–30 years.

A Space to Learn, Heal, Connect & Grow

Because Growing Up Doesn't Come With a Guidebook

Most of us grow up searching for answers to questions like:

Who am I?
What kind of relationships do I want?
How do I make better decisions?
What should I believe?
What kind of person do I want to become?

These questions don't come with ready-made answers. Yet the way we respond to them shapes our relationships, choices, values, and future.

We often search for answers through social media, random advice, or personal experiences. Sometimes we find clarity. Sometimes we become even more confused.

Sarathi was created to offer young adults a space to learn, reflect, ask questions, and explore life with curiosity, critical thinking, and meaningful conversations.

wHY SARATHI?

to help young adults become thoughtful, emotionally healthy, and responsible individuals who understand themselves, build healthy relationships, think critically, and make informed decisions

.

We hope to nurture a generation that chooses love over violence, understanding over hatred, dialogue over conflict, and contributes towards creating a more compassionate, peaceful, and inclusive society.

Because when young people learn to understand themselves, they are better able to understand and care for the world around them.

Our vision is simple:

It is a community for young adults who are curious about themselves, their relationships, society, and the world around them.

A space where questions are welcomed, conversations are encouraged, and learning goes beyond textbooks.

Through psychology, philosophy, social sciences, expert interactions, discussions, shared experiences, and community activities, Sarathi helps young adults explore important life questions and develop skills that support personal growth and responsible decision-making.

At Sarathi, we believe growth is not simply about gaining knowledge.

It is about understanding yourself, learning to think critically, communicating effectively, building healthy relationships, making thoughtful decisions, and responding to life's challenges with wisdom and compassion.

More Than a Program. A Space to Learn, Reflect & Grow.

WHAT IS SARATHI?

1. Deep Dive Sessions

📍 Online sessions with Punam Ma’am

These sessions are the heart of Sarathi.

Through psychology, emotional awareness, social understanding, and real-life experiences, participants explore topics connected to relationships, overthinking, stress, self-worth, identity, emotional struggles, gender, and personal growth.

The goal is not only to “solve problems” — but to help young people understand themselves deeply and build a healthier relationship with their own mind and emotions. Meaningful discussions that genuinely make you think about yourself and your life.

2. Heart Talks/Youth Adda

📍 Led by Regional Heads & Young Adults

These informal online discussions are led by regional youth heads where participants can speak freely, openly share thoughts, experiences, opinions, confusion, and emotions — without fear of judgment.

No pressure to “look perfect.”

From overthinking and friendships to family pressure, loneliness, breakups, confusion, or simply “what’s going on in life?” — everything can be discussed openly here.

Because sometimes healing starts when someone finally feels heard.

3. Soul Meetups

(Offline Moments- Physical Meetups)

📍 Led by Regional Heads & Young Adults

Soul Meets are fun, meaningful, and emotionally warm physical gatherings where young adults meet, interact, laugh, reflect, and feel a sense of belonging.

Through activities, conversations, games, reflections, and shared experiences, these meetups create a sense of belonging that many young people silently search for today.

Sarathi is not limited to screens.

4. Expert Talks

📍 Interactive online sessions with experts & inspiring personalities

(Guest Online Sessions)

We hear so many things around us every day — rape cases, political conflicts, exam scams, social media debates, accidents, career pressure, and relationship confusion — and honestly, many young people feel confused about how to understand all this.

These sessions give youngsters a chance to listen to Experts, ask questions directly, and explore perspectives beyond social media opinions. Through conversations with psychologists, professionals, creators, activists, and experts from different fields.

5. Beyond The Screen

📍 Film screenings + discussions with media experts & film critics

Movies, reels, web series, and media deeply influence how young people think, feel, love, fear, emotions, beliefs, relationships, and even the way people see themselves.

In these sessions, we watch meaningful short films and discuss them openly with media experts and film critics — understanding emotions, psychology, relationships, gender roles, social conditioning, media influence, human behavior while learning how to emotionally understand and critically observe media.

Because sometimes media entertains us… and sometimes it silently shapes our mindset.

6. Confusion to Clarity

📍 Open question-answer sessions with Psychologist Punam J

(Q&A Sessions)

A space to ask questions you usually keep inside your head.

Relationships, stress, emotions, career confusion, loneliness, self-doubt, overthinking, sexuality, family pressure, mental health — nothing feels “too weird” or “too small” here.

These sessions allow participants to openly interact with Psychologist Punam Ma’am in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free environment.

A space where even unspoken questions finally find words.
